Trash Can Chicken

Today we made our very first Trash Can Chicken.  Very Rednecky.

Start with a trash can and some charcoal (not very GREEN-I KNOW)

You will need one of these deals which you can buy here

Fire up the coals and mount the bird. (easy people)

Put the HOT coals around the bottom and on top of the can...and wait

Carefully remove the can (must have experience in handling cans)
