After months of planning we finally had Mom's surprise 60th birthday party last light. The event was held at Blue Latitudes in Dover (owned by my good friend Ingo-good food- go check it out if you're in the neighborhood). Check out T5M's blog for photos and more of the story.
One of my "tasks" was to put together a video to be shown at the party. Making these videos seems to have become my "mark" for special events. Wendy and Erin came to me with the video idea a few months ago and of course I waited until 2 days before the event to start it. Needless to say I worked on it right up to the party. I finished it just in time. Techie moment: I was able to download this video to my iPhone, plug it into a projector and beam it onto a projection screen-sweet.
Good job Mr. Casey, but you made me nervous! Nothing like coming down right to the last minute!

Just listened to the vidio. Now I needed the tissues. Thank you for all of your efforts. You really pulled it off! As long as my mind is working, I will remember May 31, 2008!
I am so lucky to have the best kids, kids-in-law and grandkids in the world.
